The Residence
Atharv Residency sits at Tejasvi Greens in Dahmi Kalan, in the same locality as the Manipal University Jaipur campus. It was built as student housing from the ground up — not a converted apartment block — which is why the rooms have desks that people actually work at, the lounges have a floor of their own, and dinner is not an afterthought.

Every rate below is for the full session and includes meals, laundry, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, power back-up and access to every shared floor. Nothing is billed separately.
Three single beds with storage drawers beneath, individual reading lights at every headboard, and two full-length desks. Wardrobe space and shelving are assigned per resident.
Twin beds, a shared desk built for two, and a full-height sliding door onto a private balcony. The most requested room in the building, and the one with the best light.
A room of your own, with a double bed, an attached bathroom, a three-door wardrobe and a desk that seats two when someone comes to study. The quietest way to live here.
Rates are per session and inclusive of meals, laundry, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, power back-up, pick-up and drop, and 150 units of electricity per room per month. A refundable security deposit applies; GST as applicable. Premium and Classic differ in floor and aspect — speak to us for what is currently available.

Breakfast, lunch, an evening snack and dinner, served in a hall that seats the whole building. Home-style cooking, prepared on site, included in your rate — there is no separate mess bill and no monthly settlement to argue about.
The Building
Five floors around a central atrium, with double-height glazing on the stair core and an open rooftop terrace above. Lifts, back-up power and surveillance throughout — the parts of a building nobody photographs until they stop working.

The 150-unit allowance is per room, per month, and covers normal use. Anything beyond it is billed at the prevailing rate — we'll walk you through how it's metered before you move in.
